WebSearch IT Scholarship 2010
WebSearch has been giving scholarship for B.E. in Computer Engineering in KU since 2007. This is our fourth year of successive scholarship program. The scholarship covers the cost of education at K.U. for B.E in Computer Engineering for deserving students.
Interested students are requested to collect the forms from K.U. Dhulikhel (Department of Computer Science and Engineering) OR from our office at Prabhu Complex, Lainchor.

About the scholarship
The scholarship is for talented and driven young students who want to make a career in IT and Web Technology but couldn't otherwise afford it.
WebSearch strives to do their business in a way that creates a lasting positive effect in the society. Owing to its strong CSR values, it is launching a scholarship in B.E. in Computer Engineering in collaboration with Kathmandu University from the 2007 semester.
The WebSearch Scholarship shall finance 60% of the tuition fee for the candidates, while the 40% will be covered by the projects the scholars deliver to WebSearch. Websearch shall give projects designed to enhance the practical skill of the student on regular intervals. Hence, the student is entitled to 100% scholarship in total. The student shall also get a mentor from the company who shall guide and support him/her throughout the semesters. Furthermore, the scholars will be employed by WebSearch right after the completion of the course.
This scholarship is targeted for those young talents who cannot join a university because of their financial disadvantage, providing a platform to realize dreams and ambition through this scholarship.
